Goals for the No Excuses 30 day challenge
I must do these.  ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BINGE   Wake up about 6 a.m. to work out 5 times a week  Drink at least a liter of water a day Drink a bottle of green tea everyday Get at least 7 hours of sleep each night Strength train 4 times a week Run 4 times a week (at least 20 mins each time) Lose 10 lbs of fat Accept myself more I will allow myself one cheat meal every Sunday Hopefully this...
