Goals for the No Excuses 30 day challenge
I must do these.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BINGE
Wake up about 6 a.m. to work out 5 times a week
Drink at least a liter of water a day
Drink a bottle of green tea everyday
Get at least 7 hours of sleep each night
Strength train 4 times a week
Run 4 times a week (at least 20 mins each time)
Lose 10 lbs of fat
Accept myself more
I will allow myself one cheat meal every Sunday

Don't make fun of me for eating healthy.
It makes me so angry when my friends see the really healthy food I’m eating and they say “eeeeww that looks gross” or “that tastes disusting.” like I don’t make fun of your coke and cheeseburger, don’t you dare make fun of me for eating healthy. I work to do this and Im going to be healthy for the rest of my life while your fat ass is choking down a pizza...
